Financial Planning and Analyst for Lenovo’s Service and Solution Group’s (SSG) DaaS business. Forecasting- Provide revenue forecast to management based on available orders in pipeline and order recently booked. MIS- Preparing MIS for management with various quantitative data like actual and forecasted revenue, order booked TCV, margin etc. and qualitative data like risk to guidance/target numbers, potential opportunity etc. Customer and Market level Profitability Tracking- Take out the ledger at the month & quarter end to check profitability at the customer and market level, ask reason from concerned team for any discrepancy and get it corrected. Trend Analysis- Perform Quarter on Quarter P&L movement analysis and highlight any extraordinary item to management Cost Booking- Ensure all cost get booked in correct cost center Cost Optimization- Ensuring minimum cost is being incurred to deliver the performance obligation by performing various analyses and benchmarking like moving people from high cost countries to low cost locations Adhoc Analysis- Perform all other analyses as requested by management to enable them to take decision.
