With over 15 years of experience in distribution, fulfillment, and transportation, I am passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and value through efficient and innovative supply chain solutions. As the Director of global distribution and fulfillment at Trek Bicycle, I oversee the operations of 5 distribution centers across North America and Europe, serving 30+ countries, across various sales channels. I lead a team of 300+ associates, managing the planning, execution, and optimization of inbound and outbound logistics, inventory control, and order fulfillment. I leverage my skills in market research, leadership, and inventory control to align the supply chain strategy with the business goals, customer needs, and market trends. I also apply my credentials in MBA, Lean Six Sigma Blackbelt, and Supply Chain Analytics to drive continuous improvement, cost reduction, and quality enhancement across the network.
