   Active involvement in day-to-day private flood underwriting operations. Responsible for technological oversight of surplus lines forms processing, review, and quality assurance. Responsible for technical operations of an RACF Mainframe including data entry, development of statistical coding, actuarial assistance, high-level error corrections, review, and quality assurance. Assist local underwriting team in resolving technical support issues, and general underwriting questions. As Product Owner, I work day-to-day with senior management and a development Agile scrum team to assist with communicating and delivering production needs of the business to the clients for multiple web-based software applications. As such, I also determine, based on reported issues and impacts, whenever a Major Incident team must be deployed. I am also responsible for follow-up with multiple teams and personnel to see that tasks and processes are being completed as expected whenever the need has been brought to my attention. As far as training is concerned, I am responsible for creating and updating technical documentation and instruction for automated processes and/or software to be used internally by the underwriting team and customer support staff. This allows me to delegate some of my responsibilities to cross-trained individuals based on what level of prioritization my other tasks and projects have taken. Responsible for other high-level project management and planning, and conveying to the necessary stakeholders what changes, updates or releases are being deployed with a reasonable sense of expectation and timing.
