About Brian M Roos

As the President and CEO of Morris Bean & Company and Numerics Unlimited LLC, I bring more than two decades of experience in aluminum foundries and precision engineering. I began my journey as a foundry engineer and have since held key leadership positions across two aluminum foundries specializing in highly engineered castings. My extensive experience spans engineering, production, and management roles, culminating in my position as General Manager, where I oversaw foundry operations and led the acquisition of Numerics Unlimited LLC.Learn more about our my professional career, I am passionate about giving back. I have served on several boards, most notably as President and VP of Infrastructure for Hope for Kabingo, working alongside Engineers Without Borders to bring clean water to Kabingo, Uganda—a village of about 3,100 residents. This effort supports both the community and the St. Josephine Bakhita Vocational and Secondary School.I also contribute to workforce development in my region as a Dayton Regional Manufacturers Association (DRMA) member, serving on the career outreach and workforce development committee, and helping to strengthen manufacturing and talent development across the Dayton area.My passion for manufacturing began early, winning the national robotic work cell programming contest by SkillsUSA – VICA in 1998. This set the stage for my career, starting in an aluminum foundry where I applied my PLC programming expertise to optimize an automated V-Process production line.Outside of work, I am an avid competitor in pistol sports, actively participating in the International Defensive Pistol Association (IDPA), United States Practical Shooting Association (USPSA), and Steel Challenge (SCSA). I also volunteer as a range safety officer and shooting sports instructor.Born in Dayton, Ohio, I have had the privilege of traveling internationally, primarily through various short-term construction and infrastructure projects aimed at serving others.
