As a Senior Account Manager I assist customers in setting up their site to best meet their needs. Once we have that set up and customized to the specific workflow we ensure that the customer feels comfortable using the software. After the customer is up and running I am always there as a continuted resource for them (that being said, our Customer Experience Center Team is the best in the business, so I am rarely needed!)
