ABOUT BRADFORD CONNETT

Brad has overall responsibility for the Henry Schein’s North American Distribution Group, generating over $8 Billion in Sales. This position leads approximately employees and has 8direct reports including Finance, Sales and Marketing, Operations and Technology Solutions. Responsibilities include:• The development and execution of a strategic business plan for NA Operations. • Developing, owning and executing the Group’s innovation and go-to market strategy.• Providing decisive leadership and influence across the Group, assuming responsibility for all aspects of performance management. • Manages budget and organizational design, including talent assessment and succession planning• Develop market position and responsible for market share gain with full P&L responsibility. • Establishing and maintaining deep relationships with key stakeholders as well as driving commercial excellence. • Active role in the development and management of Business Development opportunities. Prior to his current position, Brad was a Board Director and Vice President of Roane Barker, Inc, when acquired by Henry Schein in 1997. He is a former Board Director for National Distributing and Contracting, Inc.(NDC, the largest Medical/Veterinary Group in North America) in Nashville, TN. Brad is former Chairman of the Physician Counsel for Health Industry Distributors Association (HIDA) and former Chairman of the Board (2011). In 2014 Brad was the recipient of the John F. Sasen Leadership awards and was named the 2016 Medical Distribution Hall of Fame Inductee. Brad continues to serve as HIDA Board of Director in 2018.
