Providing direct communication with the Vice-President of the Crystal Cruises Entertainment Department regarding the Production shows and the Production Cast onboard. Managed the work of 28 employees, increasing crew efficiency by 100%. Managing high standard and performing quality of the Production shows, watching live shows and rehearsals, taking notes, delivering notes directly to the Cast members and/or Line Captains; cleaning work on dance routines in the current shows.Being a part of the Crystal Casting for the Production Crystal Ensemble of Singers and Dancers. Worked with departments across the company, including project management, in developing new ideas, initiatives, products, and services.Crew management: Hiring, training, and supervising production staff, direct training: teaching new hires, both male and female, the entire Dance routines of the current Production shows. The full Crystal program includes 8 production shows.Production planning and scheduling: Developing and managing the overall project timeline and production schedule, ensuring all departments meet critical deadlines.Problem-solving: Troubleshooting and resolving unforeseen issues that arise during production, such as technical malfunctions or scheduling conflicts.Communication: Acting as a central liaison between creative teams, performers, clients, and technical staff to ensure clear and consistent communication.
