Project: This project was to develop a web application for a vendor to facilitate members in searching for doctors and clinics by state and locating providers for mental health. Responsibilities: • Responsible for two teams of collocated and offshore team members. • Proficiently organize and facilitate daily scrum, sprint reviews, retrospectives, sprint, and release planning. • Collaborate closely with product owner on backlog refinement to keep product backlog relevant and prioritized, ensuring acceptance criteria are agreed upon and stories are ready for sizing. • Effectively track team’s progress, including burn down, velocity and release forecasting. • Conducting meetings for Agile projects requirements sessions with stakeholders and able to articulate and create the requirements in User Story format. • Work on creating business, functional, use cases, technical requirements artifacts. Involved in understanding business problems and transform these into EPICs/Feature and User Stories. • Identify and remove team impediments beyond their capability to enhance productivity and efficiency. • Provide proactive coaching to the team and recommend continuous improvement of processes and tools to optimize team productivity, quality and time-to-market.
