With proven passion for working in the manufacturing / supply chain space to provide solutions that drive improvements, I fully understand and strategize on application lifecycle management from organizational change to solution/service delivery for optimal business performance.Some hallmarks of my career include: Leading a 140-member team to deliver $800K in cost savings in my first year as Plant Manager at Sara Lee. Managing the CMMS project end-to-end on time and on budget. Spearheading the effort to re-implement enhancements for the SAP_MII application to improve user interface. Collaborating across diverse functional teams to lead the successful Engineered Standards project.As a leader, I listen and seek to understand. I love to collaborate across functional teams to gain insight into the needs of both business and technology teams. Working with these diverse functions through challenges to develop solutions that deliver results gives me great satisfaction. I find joy in teaching others to succeed in their career aspirations while meeting company goals and objectives.I believe that honesty and integrity in the workplace are vital to any company’s success. Strong business acumen and IT expertise combined with a unique knowledge of supply chain operations at all levels.
