As General Manager of Marram Montauk, I oversee all aspects of operations at a 96-room luxury beachfront resort known for its elevated design, wellness-driven programming, and “barefoot luxury” experience.Working in partnership with Bridgeton (management company), Peregrine Hospitality (asset manager), and KSL Capital (ownership group), I am responsible for aligning the guest experience and operational performance with the brand vision and long-term asset strategy.Key areas of focus include:• Leading resort operations across rooms, F&B, experiential programming, engineering, and guest services• Driving top-line growth through pricing strategy, comp-set analysis, and distribution channel optimization• Managing labor, payroll, and operational expenses in line with seasonal fluctuations and budget goals• Enhancing service delivery through standards, systems, and staff development• Elevating brand visibility via strategic partnerships, media stays, and lifestyle activations• Liaising with ownership and asset management to provide reporting, forecasting, and planning support• Championing team culture with a focus on accountability, consistency, and high guest satisfactionMarram stands apart in the Montauk market for its unique blend of simplicity and sophistication — and I’m proud to lead a team that delivers on that promise each day.
