Revised and documented full procedures to drive consistency with training and coaching to ensure Proposal Managers understood flexibility and agility to achieve results. Created and implemented weekly reporting, an escalation process, worked with Capture Dept to define role responsibilities and synchronized continuous improvement, with QA & DTP to modify shell creation process for accuracy, with DTP to improve their processes and consistency, and with IT for Sharepoint improvements to reduce PM administrative tasks and increase security of proposal cost data. Currently Interim management of Proposal Operations including all Proposal Managers, Writing, Editing, Baseline/Library Team, Graphics, and Production staff.
