As a Sr. Manager of Corporate Learning & Development, I have had the opportunity to work on a variety of projects. Below is a snapshot of my work:* Executive Development Program Leadership: Designed and launched an Executive Development Program (2023) for VP-level leaders and above. For each cohort, partner with the global executive team to select participants, manage coaching through a vendor, support mentoring, and guide experiential learning projects. Established a thriving alumni community to support connection and growth. A highlight of this program is hosting two on-site meetings to facilitate impactful connection-building opportunities and take part in instructor-led training with fellow leaders.* FranklinCovey Expertise: Manage 11 instructor-led courses with a team of 20 volunteer facilitators to host up to 25 classes each year and create follow-up learning journeys to reinforce development after each session. Certified facilitator for four FranklinCovey courses.* Innovative Learning Solutions: Revolutionized the Individual Development Plan process by introducing a redesigned form, interactive e-learning modules, and automated goal-tracking tools. These innovations made the process more accessible and effective for learners and leaders alike.* Global Leadership Impact: Delivered custom, high-impact trainings for diverse teams and presented to over 200 global leaders during Quarterly Leadership Updates. Certified Professional in Training Management with 15+ years of experience launching, leading, and facilitating successful employee development programs across multiple industries with Amazon, Apple, and Verizon.+ Developed and launched three talent development programs (a virtual instructor-led program, an adjunct faculty program, and talent development podcast) for a global audience of within four months- Virtual instructor-led trainings focused on 6 topics (feedback, coaching, difficult conversations, career development, time management, leading change). Analyzed and shared the results in a Quicksight dashboard.
