New Concept Development as per Marketing Requirement. Methodology of Product deployment. 3D modeling using Pro/E for both Plastic & sheet metal components. Design Reviews on Risk Analysis – DFMEA Detailing of component design using Pro/E. Design Document release- Worked on Cyprus project on network connectivity ( Rj45, Rj11….etc)- Working on Bond Project (Project is to reach the luxury and strengthen the high end segment in the optimum market, by substituting all Artec frames and the System design centre plates and SO linked to Artec frames finishes)Present working Project: Concepts and new product developments. Responsible for QC of all deliverables. Releasing defect free drawings to the manufacturing by involving various departments wherever necessity like Supplier and Prototype. Planning and executing the projects within the team. Interact with Schneider engineers over phone and emails to clarification and for project discussions. Modification of existing components and assemblies per design changes. Feasibility checking, Adaptation and VerificationReleasing defect free manufacturing drawings suitable for manufacturing setup through MDM and Symphony to meet business requirements- Present working on new horizon a platform project for smart devices like Push Button Rotary dimmer & motion sensor (Heidi, ElkoRs15, Elko plus…etc.)- Present working in BOC PLR projects- Tool used: Pro/Engineer Wildfire 5.0 & Creo 6, Pro Interlink, Symphony, AutoCAD * & Geomagic….etc.
