As a Product Owner in API Management Team, I take pride in owning the user experience across our API portal—driving engagement, simplifying access, and continuously evolving features based on real user feedback.I’ve actively contributed to portal ideation and improvements, suggesting impactful features like notification systems, API Owners Roadmap, and enhancements to the credential renewal process. My focus has always been on making the portal intuitive and valuable for both API consumers and internal teams. By engaging with stakeholders, I ensure users are well-informed, supported, and empowered to make the most of the portal’s capabilitiesI’ve completed a successful POC on APIGEE monetization, productization models & exploring pricing strategies using traffic analysis. My involvement in the APIGEE migration project and dashboard enhancements reflects my commitment to delivering scalable, consumer-first solutions.Beyond product delivery, I actively participate in initiatives like MobiliSE to strengthen my skills as a Product Owner and apply those learnings to elevate team outcomes. I regularly engage in hackathons, internal workshops, and cross-functional collaborations to bring fresh ideas to life.Certified in Scrum Mastery, Project Management, and Generative AI, I combine technical understanding with strategic thinking to build products that truly resonate with users.Worked as Process Lead at TCS in Robotics Process Automation Project and stabilized the ITIL Process. Also tried hands on projects like energy meter monitoring and controlling system which used the concept of IOT and GSM and was able to control devices over wireless technology.
