I frequently teach seasoned professionals to sophomores at Harvard, Stanford, Wharton among others on how to think about this process while maintaining personal identity and a sense of agency in the process. I wouldn\'t be able to do ANY of it, without my insanely awesome, diverse team; many of them have become my extended family. In addition, I support my wife, Meghna, as she runs her own company (Butterfly Voyage), try to load the dishwasher properly (good luck wine glasses), and build insanely awesome Legos with our daughter!
