Ensure that QMS is robust to meet best-class finishes.6. Review the Project Quality Plan, material submittals, and work method statement.7. Approve the source and industry for supply and testing of material.8. Ensure the essential material testing is done as per the standards and ITP.9. Ensures the material submittals and work method statements are only as per the contract specifications, approved make, and required quality.10. Ensure the pre- and post-pour of work done is as per the drawing.11. Co-ordinate and follow up with different contractors for quality compliances for RCC, MEP, and ID finishes.12. Ensures work to execute on the project with zero NCR policy.13. Conduct quality meetings and quality site walks.14. Address the quality issues and analyze the root cause to overcome the quality issues.15. Ensures the TBT is conducted at the site for work to achieve the quality goals.16. Run review meetings with contractors to consistently check and drive the quality.17. Address non-compliance in time to complete the work in quality.18. Ensures Standard Operating Procedures are implemented and complied with in the project.19. Attend project progress and quality meetings with clients and stakeholders.20. Updates future quality problems awareness reports to apprise on issues, and potential roadblocks and recommend mitigations.21. Verification of Asbuilt for the completed work.21. Project closing & Hand over to support team.
