As the Sr. Product Manager, I am responsible for ideating, researching, specifying, validating, and ultimately delivering major functionalities for all parts of our Flagship product. I represent the customer to our team and our team to the customer. My tasks include working with PM counterparts on our shared Platform and Ecosystem teams to ensure that the platform and ecosystem provide what we need to create an exceptional solution and that our solution fully leverages Keepit’s platform and ecosystem capabilities.Conducting customer and market research to identify potential product features.Prioritizing potential features to maximize business outcomes.Collaborating with designers and engineers to determine the technical feasibility of candidate features.Writing user stories and requirements.Working with the project manager to move features from ideation through delivery.Providing subject matter expertise to Customer Success and Support teams.Supporting the worldwide sales team to help qualify and close deals.Providing content, insights, and competitive analysis to the Product Marketing team.
