Provide technical expertise in the development, operation and implementation of airport and transportation security and applications. Assess CONOPS and conduct assessments, evaluations, and analysis to support reliability and sustainability challenges, and identify opportunities for technological or operational enhancements. Develop and evaluate methodologies for quantifying the deterrence value of different aviation security countermeasures, utilize breadth and depth of transportation knowledge related to national and international safeguards and security policies and guidelines in the development and implementation of security strategies. Work with local, state, and federal stakeholders at our nations\' airports to implement new risk modeling paradigms. Serve as a technical subject matter expert for procurement, implementation, and maintenance of integrated systems, including identification of R&D opportunities associated with next generation security systems, counter-proliferation and interdiction technologies, including unmanned aerial systems, and WMD interdiction domestically and internationally.
