But it has become one of the most powerful levers for agility, access to talent, and overall business performance.My work sits at that intersection.As Director of the CWS Council at Staffing Industry Analysts, I partner with enterprise leaders to elevate how they approach the contingent workforce, shifting from program management to true workforce strategy.That includes helping organizations:• Gain visibility into their extended workforce• Navigate complexity across SOW, MSP, and VMS models• Align workforce decisions to broader business goals• Drive measurable value, not just efficiencyI’ve been in the industry since 2009, bringing a perspective shaped by market intelligence, peer insights, and real-world program experience. Through my work with the CWS Council, I engage directly with many of the world’s leading contingent workforce programs, giving me a front-row view into how strategy is evolving in practice.
