Initiatives include the development of high potential employees at senior and mid-career levels through structured interventions. I am also responsible for the Citi India franchise wide performance management cycle which includes year long strategy, communication and process. Additionally, I also lead the Citi India Franchise campus strategy for building entry level talent for all business/ function various entry level programs across the franchise in partnership with HR Leadership. I am also the Country Representative for Voice of Employee Survey, a Global franchise survey conducted annually for all employees of Citi franchise.
