Who am I? Computer Engineer by design, HR by attitude. Do I code? No. I moved to HR during early stages of my career however I can still write an algorithm to implement a double ended queue using doubly linked-list, but I will not clear a hackerEarth or leetcode challenge :) According to me who is an ideal HR? Brand ambassadors, EXPERIENCE creators and culture influencers - a catalyst to maximize human capital investment returns (at some point, we all are slaves of the \'Consulting\' language, aren\'t we?) Am I an HR-Business Partner? To me, all HRs are Business Partners. I work with leaders to weave HR magic (at times ends up tragic) in bridging business goals & people aspirations - with traditional & non-traditional methodologies. HR is exhaustive, what is my specialization? Employee Engagement with hyper-personalization Talent Acquisition Talent Management Tech in HR Should a good HR comprehend the Technology landscape? No! but an excellent one will. Not just tech, even business too. Future will be niche HR products leveraged as Microservices across various nodes of your Employee Life Cycle and to do that effectively you need to be sound on tech & business.
