Review business development for RHQ, determine new program allocation strategies to align needs of RHQ and GHQ- Deployment and execution of GPMS, global GPMS ME responsibility, actively participate in KIAN process. Coordinate and facilitate Pre-Production activities, develop and standardize KPI / metrics- Accountable for meeting Q,C,D targets for new FORD programs during the prototype and launch phases- Supervise, train and lead group of 4 manufacturing program managers to manage multiple Ford programs, engineering changes as well as P&S strategy. Manufacturing Program Manager are responsible provide timing plans to manufacturing and lead meeting with inter-functional team (QA, PCD, Product Engineering, Production Engineering, HR, purchasing, Production). Manage prototype requirements from customer assuring delivery on time and under high quality output- High level weekly presentations for upper management with program KPI (Key Production Information) to assure all risks are identified and actions are in place to assure no negative impact on deliveries- Actively participate in VAVE activities as well as harness design reviews to assure improvement activities in product and processes- Lead manufacturing crisis involving component shortages, volume fluctuations from customer, late orders, late engineering changes, capacity constraints, strikes, etc.
