About Arshad Vali
Founding member of Electrical EV team at Bgauss Auto. Responsible for the Design and Development of all the EV related Electrical and Electronics components. Defined the System Architecture and working on the Vehicle Integration of the Electrical Components on EV 2Wheelers. Developed the hardware of Vehicle Control Unit and programmed the functional blocks in VCU ranging from Range Optimization, Remaining Range Calculation, Time to Charge, Wh/Km etc. Improving the System efficiency by improving minute details in the System Design of the Vehicle. Complete Knowledge and hand on experience on VCU design(Software/Hardware), BMS(Software/Hardware) and MCU (Software). Was the founding member of MCU Control Strategy team in Bajaj Auto where I was responsible for generating the Torque Maps and PI tuning on Motor and the MCU. Was directly responsible for the Design and Development of System Architecture and Vehicle Integration of Bajaj Chetak and Yulu with minimum Components.
