As a Director, I lead global teams to ensure enhanced customer satisfaction, resulting in renewals, growing revenue streams, and higher profits. With over two decades of rich experience in business, technology and management consulting, I have developed and honed proven skills in operations, product, service and knowledge management, technology adoption, and learning and development. My mission is to build sustainable ecosystems by standardizing processes, stakeholder management, audits, costing, continuous monitoring and improvement. In the past 2+ decades, I have been responsible for delivering secure digital solutions and executing digital transformation projects that required innovation, building & motivating large teams, systems integration, process re-engineering, and adoption of automation using AI, ChatBots, Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Business Intelligence (BI)/Analytics. I have contributed to the design and delivery of several public sector cloud-based citizen-centric projects, such as Join Indian Army, National Portal, National Government Services Portal, Integrated Government Online Directory, Know India, and Guidelines for Indian Government Websites, built on microservices architecture using open-source tools. I have helped achieve targets for nationwide rollout of the S3WaaS (Secure, scalable, and Sugamya/accessible website as a service) platform, which gained international and national recognition for best usability and e-governance impact.
