ABOUT ANTHONY VAN DIJK

I am an experienced consumer goods business leader and brand builder with multifunctional team management and P&L ownership across many geographic locations. With 20+ years of working in CPG companies such as P&G and Gillette, I have a highly international background spanning three continents (Europe, Asia & North America) which allows me to thrive in multinational teams and businesses. I manufactured a number of business turnarounds in my career and accelerated stagnant businesses. I have great passion in leading organizations to achieve the best possible business results and to identify areas of immediate opportunity and deliver the vision and steps to address them. After 13 years of building up a marketing skill set from managing iconic brands such as Gillette and Head & Shoulders to creating new brands, I spent the past 8 years as the P&L owner of categories across markets in North America and Europe. I have worked extensively in English and French in North America and Europe demonstrating the ability to quickly and easily adapt to my surroundings and drive a team and business to success. I am looking for my next challenge in general management of a business unit ideally, but also interested in marketing leadership roles (CMO, SVP) for a multinational business based in Europe.
