Managing the day to day operation for the stock versus dispatch versus allocations from regional distribution centers to distribution centers for products like REF, WHM, CTV, RAC, and MWO as per the SOP – plan receive from product team for the particular week considering the M-plan and T-plan.• Managing daily inventory reporting for SKU’s Pan India in order to reduce the ageing.• Coordinate with Sales, Production and Factory Teams to ensure Logistics Resource Planning confirmation through GSCM tool, allocating weekly production confirmation for REF, WHM, RAC and CTV (CE – Distribution).• Utilize NERP tool to generate Purchase Orders, ensuring reconciliation with the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and making necessary adjustments for channel diversion between Direct and B2B as needed.• Conduct monthly reporting of Off-Balance inventory for the purpose of write-offs in the balance sheet.• Perform analysis and reporting on sample management, both for samples held in the warehouse and samples with customers.• Monitor weekly upload of POD’s on NERP on the basis of delivery order and freight order. • Manage insurance claims for South West Asia, including daily handling of self-survey claims across DTC, B2B and B2C channels.• Oversees the operations of 4 RDC’s and 22 DC’s as well as the plant in Chennai and Noida (recognized as the world’s largest plant).
