About Ankit Khanna

Most hiring processes don’t fall apart spectacularly—they just quietly drag on, miss the mark, and frustrate everyone involved. I tend to step in somewhere around that point.I’m Ankit, working in Talent Acquisition across consulting and technology hiring. I focus on getting hiring to actually work the way it’s supposed to—clear requirements, sensible timelines, and candidates who fit beyond just a checklist.I handle end-to-end recruitment, from understanding what hiring managers genuinely need (which is often slightly different from what’s written down) to building relevant pipelines, not just being busy. I’ve worked across both volume and niche hiring, so I’m comfortable managing multiple roles without losing grip on quality or pace.Over time, I’ve realised most hiring challenges aren’t about talent shortages. They’re usually down to unclear role definition, slow decision-making, or processes that look structured but don’t really deliver. I bring a more grounded approach—structured tracking, direct communication, and practical use of tools like Workday—to keep things moving and predictable.I’m quite particular about the experience as well. Candidates should feel respected, and hiring managers should feel supported—not chased. When that balance is right, outcomes improve naturally.I’m now looking to step into a Senior Talent Acquisition / Senior Analyst Recruiter role with greater ownership and a chance to contribute more meaningfully to hiring strategy and delivery. If you’d like to connect or discuss hiring in a slightly more sensible way, feel free to reach out, feel free to drop me a message on I••••••••@maverics.chasing or email me at a••••••••@outlook.com.
