   Centre stack module (CSM)- Android, QNX and autosar based in vehicle infotainment systems Successfully launched multi million dollars Infotainment system from start to launch, team received supplier of the year for CY19-20. Responsible for taking program from launch to production. Multiple stages include Software feature proposal, change requests, requirements gathering, design, development testing, defect fixing, maintenance and Industrialization. Provided technical and team leadership. Responsible for customer communications and first point of contact for any issues for program/escalations. Responsible for creating and reviewing dashboards with the executive leadership. Responsible for defining project timeline, project scope, goals and liaison between customer and cross-functional team at multi geographic location to achieve business goals. Response tracking progress, product backlogs, reviewing reports, presentation and communication to multiple state holders throughout the product cycle. Responsible for improving process to deliver the code for sprint cycles and created branching & integration plan to support multiple releases. Responsible for defining the budget for next CY year and adhering to the same. Responsible for delivery all aspects of the program SW, HW, Validation, Certifications. Avoided line down situations due to semiconductor shortages for the product, process improvements for quick turnaround. Continuously met the Organizational & Project aggressive goals for quality & Cost Improvements. Responsible for PCN changes, BOMs, PPAP. Responsibilities included hiring team member, motivating team, improving process & boosting team productivity. Led and coordinated the offshore team to support product maturation (mentored, monitored and managed schedules). Also involves performing design and technical reviews on developed documents and components.
