With over 12 years of combined experience in project, program, and portfolio management, I have successfully managed multiple projects from initiation to closure, ensuring quality, scope, budget, and timeline adherence. As a Sr. Project Manager in the agriculture technology and clinical software implementation spaces, I oversaw the planning, execution, and delivery of complex software and engineering projects for both external and internal clients. I am passionate about applying my skills and knowledge in project management, risk management, team leadership, organizational change management, process mapping, quality system documentation, research and data analysis, outsourced manufacturing, and regulatory communications to solve challenging problems and create value for my organization and its customers.
