I engage with my customers as a virtual Chief Technology Officer - working closely with their key decision makers to advise on how Microsoft can enable them to achieve their IT and business goals. My role involves sharing my broad knowledge of the Microsoft Platform, whist having a good understanding of my customer\'s IT landscape, technology challenges and strategic priorities, in order to create a vision of how we can partner together to enable their business outcomes.
