At Juniper Networks, I lead program and delivery efforts that support over 900 sales engineers with custom Salesforce solutions tailored to pre-sales GTM activities. I work closely with Architecture and DevOps teams to turn complex, distributed processes into streamlined, centralized systems that actually make people’s jobs easier.A big part of my role is translating technical challenges into practical, user-friendly solutions. I prioritize hundreds of Jira issues each year, help shape the strategic roadmap, and keep a close eye on data quality and feature adoption. I also build dashboards, test plans, and maintain a growing library of process documentation to keep things consistent and scalable.What I love most is collaborating with global teams, listening to end-users, and making sure the tools we deliver truly support their workflows. Whether it\'s resolving bugs, improving data hygiene, or prepping teams for new releases, I’m all about driving clarity, alignment, and measurable impact.
