As Regional Manager, I expanded our small office to operate across 12 Eastern European countries, including Balkans, with a strong focus on business outcomes. I successfully managed sales budgets up to $60M. For 47 quarters I reported successful revenue to the New York Stock Exchange. I connected local and international partners and distributors by developing and executing strategic sales plans. When necessary, I communicated with the media as spokesperson Poland branch. Customer engagement and sales in automation, telemetry, and cloud solutions was a priority, and I also initiated building clouds in Orange Poland and Slovakia, and hybrid clouds with AWS and Azure. I carefully managed remote teams with limited resources. I increased our customer base by 5 to 10 each year by taking market share from competition. Some of my biggest wins include the Ministry of Finance in Poland, MVM Hungary, Orange Slovakia, Orange Poland, Telekom Serbia, TCom Croatia, and LGI/UPC. The largest acquisition was MX Routers in PCSS in Poland.
