ABOUT ANDREW HODGSON

I am a driven person who loves the challenge. Whether this new technologies, new people or just the size of the delivery. I have collected over 15 years of experience in the Test arena. A major part of my personality is to being open and honest, to gain an understanding of everyone\'s priorities and their understanding of what is being asked. This allows me to fulfil the role and provide the service that I do.I have been working in the Local & Devolved Government space for the last few years with technologies spanning a wide coverage of the IT technologies that are available. I have had significant experience in Contact Centres ranging from Travel Companies to Government Agencies and a few in between.Part of my role as Test Delivery Manager is the support and guidance of a number of test teams across the wider organisation. This presents challenges in terms of different technologies, team sizes and engagement processes. I really enjoy this part of the role as this allows for me development a wider understanding of the teams but also step beyond the technology roles and work with people in their career challenges and goals.I am currently security cleared.
