I began my IT career as an Oracle PL/SQL developer. In 2012, I transitioned into project management and earned an MBA with a focus on this field, along with certifications in PMP and PMI-ACP. Over the years, I have witnessed the shift from traditional project management methodologies to Agile practices.In my roles as a coach, mentor, and instructor, I have worked to enhance the Agile maturity of individuals, teams, and organizations. I also conduct Agile Program Fundamentals workshops for IBM and various external clients as needed.As iteration manager, I have built and led new teams, recruited and trained new hires, and made difficult decisions regarding underperforming team members.Currently I\'m the squad lead and Product Owner of several applications, responsible for the background processing of IBM orders including Finsig and SOX applications
