ABOUT ANDRÉ RAJIC

At Maisons du Monde, my roles as constructions manager and then international real estate director enabled me to deepen my expertise in real estate management and the development of new markets. I supervised growth strategies and the opening of new points of sale, while optimizing the profitability of existing shops. Above all, I worked to integrate social and environmental concerns into our activities, reflecting my passion for corporate social responsibility. I was also able to demonstrate my skills in leadership, strategy and the management of complex projects. My various roles involved not only guiding my teams, but also directing all the internal and external services required to ensure the success of our missions. I was often called upon to make key decisions for the company and coordinate growth efforts while navigating a competitive environment. Thanks to this recent experience, I have become a key player and manager in the implementation of expansion strategies aligned with ethical and sustainable values. My commitment as CSR Champion illustrates my dedication to contributing to a more responsible world, while pursuing our company\'s growth objective.
