In this role, I - Lead end-to-end development and delivery for a global portfolio of 70+ enterprise applications supporting RCI and Panorama brands across North America, Europe, LATAM, and APAC.Own strategy, execution, and operational health for platforms running in a hybrid-cloud and on-prem environment, aligned with TNL’s Application Platform Strategy.Build and scale global delivery teams across the U.S, India, South Africa, and strategic partners (120+ consultants), driving cost efficiency, quality, and predictable delivery.Partner with Architecture, Infrastructure, Security, and Product leaders to modernize legacy systems, reduce technical debt, and improve agility following multiple M&A integrations.Drive Agile and value-stream-aligned delivery models, accelerating throughput and improving business alignment.Serve as a key leader in Demand and Investment Committee governance, influencing prioritization and funding decisions for enterprise initiatives.Oversee production stability and application support strategy, reducing incident impact, lowering hot-fix volume, and improving customer experience across critical systems.Act as a trusted advisor to senior IT leadership on roadmap planning, modernization sequencing, and risk mitigation.Platform includes- React-based frontends with Redux state management, Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), RabbitMQ, Redis, APIGEE, Microservices (Spring Boot Java APIs), SOA, SOAP-based Legacy APIs, Oracle Suite Services, Elastic Search, Endeca, Informatica, Oracle DB, AWS, RDS, ODM, Synergex, WebMethods JIS, Salesforce, IBM Mainframe.
