ABOUT AMAYA MADATHERA

I am an MBA student specializing in Finance with Human Resources as my secondary area of focus. I am a motivated and disciplined learner with a strong interest in finance, leadership, and people management. I thrive in structured and collaborative environments where I can apply analytical thinking, organization, and interpersonal skills to contribute meaningfully to organizational goals.Currently, I am pursuing my MBA while strengthening my practical and professional skill set. I have completed a Diploma in Computerised Financial Accounting and hold certifications in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. I gained valuable industry exposure through a one-month internship at Geojit Financial Services Limited, Kannur Branch, Kerala, which enhanced my understanding of financial services and corporate work culture. I have also actively participated in national-level and institution-led programs, including the Finance AI Blueprint hands-on training, DEI Workshop, and other professional development initiatives.Alongside academics, I am deeply involved in leadership and social engagement. I have participated in and coordinated intra-college fests, serving as a Finance Coordinator (Kosha Adhyaksha) in my second year. I am currently selected as the Vice President of JCI, and I am an active member of Young Indians (Yi). Through Yi, I have also contributed as a volunteer for programs supporting the PwD community, strengthening my sense of social responsibility, leadership, and community engagement. I believe I create value through structured execution, people-centric leadership, and consistent reliability. With a clear aspiration to build a successful career in finance within a top MNC, I am committed to continuous learning, adaptability, and making a positive impact wherever I work.
