As the current Administrative Coordinator for Select Sitters LLC, Amanda enjoys connecting and cultivating relationships with families and caregivers in the greater triangle area. Amanda is also currently the owner of ALFA a personal assistant service in the Raleigh-Durham area utilizing her skills in social media communications, creative problem-solving and event planning. Whilst at Meredith Amanda was a recipient of the Jesse Ball duPont research grant, presented to expert and non-expert audiences and designed survey instruments to explore the relationship between political identity and homophilous intragroup friendships with the department of Psychology and Social Work. Amanda is also a recipient of the Service and Dedication Award nominated by her class during the 2016 Celebrating Student Achievement ceremony at Meredith College.
