I recently graduated from the University of San Diego with my B.B.A. in Finance and International Business. My experience as an Internal Audit Intern at Selective Insurance gave me hands-on exposure to SOX compliance testing, internal control evaluations, and cross-functional audits across departments like Finance, IT, and Accounts Payable, strengthening my research abilities, analytical mindset, and attention to detail, while reinforcing the importance of turning analyses into strategic business decisions and recommendations that support organizational growth. In my dual role as a salon coordinator and digital marketing lead, I further developed my organizational and communication skills while gaining exposure to customer behavior data and campaign strategy. These experiences sparked a lasting curiosity for research, strategic thinking, and using data to drive meaningful impact.
