As an On-orbit and Ground Technical Program Manager I manage projects for on-orbit operations support and ground segment of multiple spacecraft programs. This role also provides technical operations engineering support for all programs on-orbit and in-build with the following main duties: • Focal point for information transfer between on-orbit customers and personnel at both technical and managerial levels;• Cost and schedule management for projects related to technical support of on-orbit spacecraft, including technical and financial inputs for cost performance reviews and presentations to senior management;• Advocacy for customers\' on-orbit operations issues;• Detailed records of on-orbit issues and resolutions via Action Item and Orbital Anomaly databases;• Adherence to Export Controls policies and procedures via proper reviews of technical data and use of CTS Database;• Technical input to Contracts and Finance Departments for quarterly reviews of customer warranty paybacks and orbital incentives;• Technical support and peer review across all aspects of operations engineering and customer support;• Collaboration across directorates to advocate design and manufacturing for reliable operability of spacecraft;• Direct representation to customers in providing real-time recommendations ensuring maintenance or restoration of operations for on-orbit spacecraft;• Technical support for launch and orbit raising, including oversight and execution of sequence of events;• Technical support for post-anomaly investigation and operations.
