Alana Stewart

IT Communications Manager @Downer

Sydney, AU

As a result of my increased focus on communications and engagement, I was offered the opportunity to formally step into this role, and move away from EA duties. This role, a promotion, was created for me by the CIO. My driving focus is to build on our goal of connecting us better with the business and each other. Initiatives I am working on include: a team culture playbook, a new starter induction series, leadership podcasts, and more.
