Have been working with Retailers/Hospitality providers over the past 25 years in helping them with their store operations. Have worked with IBM and Toshiba in multiple functional areas initially leveraging my engineering education in manufacturing and development roles, and building on that to move into marketing, sales, and now the business management side. Each area has built on the other and I\'ve enjoyed the benefits of being able to participate in so many different functional areas. Now as part of the team at truRating, I\'m focused on building out our North American business to help those same customers build a better consumer experience across their business by linking customer sentiment to transaction data.
