I\'m really privileged to be part of a fantastic team creating a world first in customer insight. We\'ve built a ratings system which asks people just one quick, anonymous question (rotated from a set) about their experience. This is really easy for consumers and the question is always connected to payment - whether on a chip and PIN machine or on a website - so it provides genuine feedback that businesses and consumers can trust. By asking just one question to every customer we provide a step-change in insight for businesses and consumers alike and will mean the voice of the silent majority of customers is heard. For businesses it means they can understand their performance over time, in relation to peers and in the context of events in their world (new staff,outlets, promotions etc).
