This involves monitoring project progress, addressing challenges, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time and on budget. Collaborating with module owners, technical product managers, peer architects, development, and operations teams, I ensure alignment with priorities and schedules as per the program release plan. This involves strategic planning to meet program objectives and timelines.Ensuring the health of ServiceNow instances is paramount. As an architect, my role is to assess instance health, considering aspects such as performance, manageability, usability, scalability, upgradability, and security. This involves conducting regular audits and implementing measures to address any identified issues.Identifying and remediating configurations not aligned with ServiceNow best practices is crucial for long-term platform health. I also provide support in identifying areas that need improvement and guide the remediation process. Additionally, I play an advisory role in defining and promoting configuration, coding, and integration standards. This ensures consistency in development practices and helps in maintaining a high level of quality across the platform.
