As Assistant Plan Manager, I collaborate with Plan Management to ensure the efficient administration and client relationship management of employee benefit plans. Key responsibilities include:• Board of Trustees Support: Report to the Board of Trustees of the Funds as assigned by the Plan Manager, including but not limited to: applications for ratification, appeals, payments for ratifications, financials, eligibility issues, etc; and implement Trustee directives in collaboration with internal departments and external professionals.• Client Relationship Management: Act as a primary point of contact for clients, vendors, and legal counsel, addressing inquiries and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.• Operational Oversight: Analyze financial statements, monitor compliance with ERISA and regulatory standards, and support contract management, billing, and performance monitoring.• Communication & Coordination: Develop and distribute participant communications, maintain Trust Fund records, and oversee the management of client-facing websites and resources.• Project Support: Assist in benefit studies, rate recommendations, and vendor renewals, ensuring timely and accurate reporting to Trustees and stakeholders.This role allows me to utilize my expertise in benefits administration, client relationship management, and project management while building meaningful internal and external relationships and driving operational excellence.
