I’m a Continuous Improvement Analyst at BeneSys Inc. focused on automating and modernizing enterprise operations using a full-stack approach that combines scripting, systems integration, and intelligent design. My work spans building internal tools with Python, Alteryx, Power Automate, and SharePoint to streamline QA, billing, scheduling, and reporting workflows. I operate at the intersection of developer operations, business intelligence, and process governance — enabling our teams to scale with precision and transparency. I also explore AI/AGI-enhanced systems that support long-term transformation: including predictive models for operational timing, runtime diagnostics, and data-driven SOP execution.
