As an IT support engineer, my set of responsibilities include- Imaging Windows, which includes creating system images, testing new software before deploying it to the organization\'s computers, as well as troubleshooting compatibility issues when they arise, managing software installations and system compatibilities and regular updates and version control to ensure that the organization has the latest software versions and security patches- Onboarding, which includes configuring and installing new hardware and software for new hires or employees transitioning to new roles. This includes setting up laptops, desktops, and other devices, as well as installing and configuring necessary software programs, providing technical training and support, collaborating with other teams, documenting processes and procedures- Offboarding which involves disabling user accounts, removing user permissions, and ensuring that former employees no longer have access to sensitive data or systems, Retrieving equipment including laptops and monitors, Reporting loss or stolen processes with legal team regarding assets, Communication with other stakeholders like HR, Admin, Legal- Asset and stock management, which includes tracking all IT assets belonging to the organization, including hardware and software. This may involve creating an inventory of all IT assets and maintaining up-to-date records of their location, status, and maintenance history- Performing regular audits of IT assets, including implementing and maintaining security measures such as firewalls, antivirus software, and encryption. This may also involve creating policies and procedures for secure handling of IT assets, such as password management and data protection measures- Communicating with stakeholders- Good understanding of Microsoft 365, G-suite, Microsoft exchange, admin setup account - Good understanding of ticketing systems in Jira/intune- Knowledge about internal tools like Lark
