I\'m Agustin Cuevas, an experienced engineer with a diverse background spanning Port Terminals, Shipping Business, and IT projects. With over 20 years of business expertise, I\'ve navigated various roles across Operations, Project Management, IT, Finance, Sales, Marketing, Account Management, and Process Excellence, across different countries with regional and local scopes.My leadership experience includes managing teams of over 10 white-collar professionals and indirectly supervising over 100 blue-collar workers. I\'ve been instrumental in driving cost reduction initiatives, yielding annual savings exceeding USD 70 million, and spearheading new business ventures, generating additional revenue upwards of USD 13 million per year.Since 2020, I\'ve been deeply involved in subscription revenue models, overseeing pricing strategies and contract negotiations. Currently, I serve as a Senior Manager for Latin America at Navis, the global leader in port terminal software solutions. In this capacity, I lead project management implementations of the Navis N4 system and serve as the Account Manager for Professional Services in Latin America. I directly manage a team of four consulting professionals and indirectly supervise six additional staff members.My expertise lies in project management, with certifications including PMP and PMI-ACP, proficiency in waterfall and agile methodologies, and a focus on process improvement and business analysis. I\'m known for my high ethical standards, aptitude with numbers, collaborative nature, and ability to motivate teams effectively.Proficient in four languages—Spanish, English, Portuguese, and French—and adept at managing IT systems, I hold academic qualifications including a Transport Engineer degree, MBA from Fundação Getulio Vargas (FGV), and postgraduate studies in Logistics from the University of São Paulo (USP) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) from the Pontificia Universidad Catolica de Chile. I\'m certified in Lean Six Sigma, Supply Chain Management from MITx, and hold certifications in Navis N4, SAP, and Salesforce.Currently pursuing a Master of Science in Logistics Systems at the University of São Paulo (USP).I\'m a dual citizen of Chile and Brazil, with permanent residence in São Paulo.
