ABOUT ADRIÁN PORTERO ROMERO

Adaptive and creative are two of my qualities. The analytical thinking I have developed during my career as Computer Engineer helps me identify easily where I need to focus on. My working experience taught me how to evolve on my roles and how to make better decisions while I keep exploring and defining where I can contribute most. I usually apply methodological approaches in my work, based on an action plan and having a positive attitude to learn from others. I am able to apply my skills to approach issues that may arise and seek the best way to solve them. I can propose solutions for new situations, generate alternatives to established methods and traditional forms of resolution, always seeking to improve results and supporting collaboratively along the way. Every problem is both a challenge and an opportunity. By studying the underlying situation from various viewpoints and eliminating barriers, simplifying complexities and considering potential risks, I have the capability of translating vision and strategy to clear actionable goals, establishing priorities and achieving measurable results with the purpose of making a successful impact.
