ABOUT ADRIAN FAN
I started Fairway Shutters in 2009. I took every skill I have learned as an Army officer to the test in the process. Today, we are a very successful company providing premium quality shutters, roller shades, and services to resellers and distributors nationwide. I balance time on my second business of owning a Jimmy John’s franchise store located in Diamond Bar, CA. What I found most empowering of this endeavor is the people I work with and our community. When the store opened in 2016, 95% of the employees were seniors in the local high school, a year later, we were staffed by 95% college students. They are the shining stars, making one sandwich at a time for a customer who lives, works, shops, and goes to church in this wonderful community every day. I have never felt so closely tied to a community before. The remaining of my spare time are committed to my family and trying to be a fun dad. Lastly but not the least, I am a proud member of the USC Trojan family. I am very humbled to be part of the USC Master of Business for Veteran’s program!
